Hey, I’m Alyssa! 👋
I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Alyssa (she/her).
I specialize in helping perfectionistic women and moms manage their anxiety, stop people-pleasing, set boundaries, and increase confidence and communication in relationships. In addition to working with clients on attachment, trauma, early childhood patterns, and abandonment concerns, I also specialize in helping women with ADHD reduce the shame of the disorder and work WITH their ADHD, instead of against it.
I love helping people find their passions, take back control of their lives, and reclaim their happiness.
When I’m not with clients or teaching Psychology classes at Loyola University, you can find me reading, spending time with friends in nature, and exploring Baltimore’s best restaurants!
