Checks and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Payment will automatically be billed through SimplePractice, the patient portal.

At Weinman Wellness Center, we know life happens! Our 24 hour cancellation policy allows clients flexibility around their personal lives.

Beginning in January 2026, Weinman Wellness Center will no longer be in-network with any insurance companies. This means that all services will be private pay at the time of your appointment.

Many clients may still be able to use their out-of-network benefits to receive partial reimbursement for therapy sessions. These benefits vary by plan, so it’s important to check directly with your insurance provider.

When calling your insurance company, we recommend asking the following questions:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible, and how much of it has been met?

• What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?

• How do I submit claims for reimbursement?

To help with this process, we provide a superbill—a detailed receipt that includes all the information your insurance company needs to process an out-of-network claim. You can submit superbills directly to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many clients are able to get up to 80% of their sessions reimbursed after their sessions through this process.
